- 3 lbs roasts, short ribs, cubed steaks, or stew meat
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb smoked bacon
- 1 lb pork chops
- 3-4 lbs sausage
- 5 lbs pork roasts (Smoked Hams, Sirloin, Shoulder, Butt, etc.)
